As humans, we are matter. Matter is made of atoms, and atoms are tiny packets of energy in constant flow - so we are energy in flow.

 As such, this session involves working in the energy field around the body, along with intuitively guided contact on specific areas of the body. Sometimes Spinal Flow will be added in too. We quite literally 'go with the flow' so the experience can be different each time. Vibrations may be felt, emotions released, and more. Note this experience can be quite intense.
